Characteristics of Ribona Wine
Production area
The grapes come from the plot in Contrada Moline of San Ginesio, at an altitude of about 600 meters above sea level. The soil is medium-textured, deep, and fertile.

100% Maceratino, traditionally called Ribona.
Vinification and Aging
The harvest is done by hand, followed by gentle destemming and controlled alcoholic fermentation, then aging on its own lees.
Organoleptic Characteristics
Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Intense on the nose, with hints of apricot and peach. Fresh, smooth, and savory on the palate.

Appetizers, fresh and lightly aged cheeses, risottos, fish.
