Characteristics of the wine Ribona
Production area
The grapes come from the plot of land in the Moline district of San Ginesio, at an altitude of about 600 meters above sea level. The soil is of medium texture, deep and fertile.

100% Maceratino, traditionally called Ribona.
Vinification and aging
The harvest is carried out by hand, with soft destemming and controlled alcoholic fermentation, followed by refinement on its own lees.
Organoleptic characteristics
Straw-yellow color with greenish reflections. Intense aroma of apricot and peach. Fresh, soft and savory taste.
Pairings
Appetizers, fresh and slightly seasoned cheeses, risottos, fish.
