Vino Cotto Picenum “Anno Decimo”
18,00 €
This is a vintage wine, made from the alcoholic fermentation of cooked must from a single harvest. It is aged for at least ten years in oak barrels before being bottled in individually numbered bottles. Produced with typical grape varieties from our region, it is crystal-clear with an amber hue. The bouquet is intense and complex; on the palate, it is warm, sweet but never cloying, well-balanced, extremely persistent, refined, and harmonious. Perfect on its own, with dessert, chestnuts, or aged, spiced, and blue cheeses.
