This wine comes from Passerina grapes grown in our vineyard on a hillside in the San Ginesio area. It has a straw-yellow color with golden highlights. The nose reveals aromas of white flowers, white-fleshed fruits, tropical fruits, and a citrusy undertone. On the palate, it is dry, smooth, savory, and particularly fresh. Excellent with fish dishes.
