Vino Cotto Picenum
12,50 €
This is the ancient “Caroenum”, the wine once favored by Roman emperors. The must is cooked before fermentation, giving Picenum a pleasantly sweet, well-balanced, and persistent taste. Made from local grape varieties such as Sangiovese and Trebbiano, this wine is a blend of multiple vintages. It is perfect on its own, with dessert, chestnuts, or aged, spiced, and blue cheeses.
